| Mr. Rakesh Bhargava (Non-Executive Chairman) Mr. Rakesh Bhargava is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd. Earlier; he was the Managing Director & CEO of Fresenius Kabi India Pvt. Ltd. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Fresenius Kabi Thailand, Fresenius Kabi Singapore, Fresenius Kabi Malaysia, and as Legal Supervisor of Fresenius Kabi Taiwan. He has almost 2 decades of rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to assuming a position in Fresenius Kabi he was the Managing Director of Lupin Chemicals (Thailand) Ltd. He has also worked with Imperial Chemical Industry plc U.K.’s Pharmaceutical Business (predecessor of Astra Zeneca) in the capacity of General Manager for India. Mr. Bhargava is a member of CII National Committee on Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, former member of the Executive Committee of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI) and immediate Past President of "The Pharmaceutical Form-Fill-Seal Association of India". He is on the Advisory Board of Pharmabiz, and a Board Member of the Centre for Research on Nutrition Support Systems (CRNSS). | Dr. Anand C. Burman (Non-Executive Director) Dr. Anand C. Burman is an eminent Industrialist with particular interests in the areas of Innovation and Development in the Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as Biotechnology and Technology issues. Dr. Burman's education was both multidisciplinary and international. His high school education occurred at St. Paul's School in Darjeeling, India and was followed by a B. Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin and M. Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Kansas. His Doctorate was in the area of Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Kansas in 1980. Professionally he has held many assignments with Dabur Group. He is currently the Chairman of Dabur India Limited. Further, he is also on the Board of Dabur Research Foundation, Dabur (UK) Limited, H & B Stores Limited, Aviva Life Insurance, Hindustan Motors Limited. | Mr. Geritt Steen (Non-Executive Director) Mr. Gerrit Steen holds a degree (German equivalent to a Master of Business Administration Degree (Diplom-Kaufmann)) from Otto-Beisheim-Graduate-School of Business, WHU Koblenz / Germany. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius Kabi AG, Germany. | Mr. Mats Christer Henriksson (Non Executive Director) Mr. Henriksson holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Economics, Gothenburg School of Economics, Sweden. In 1992, Mr. Henriksson joined Pharmacia where he held various controlling and finance positions. In 1998 Pharmacia divested its Nutrition business to Fresenius and Mr. Henriksson became the CFO and Board member of the combined Company, Fresenius Kabi AG. | Mr. Nitin Potdar (Non-Executive Director) Mr. Nitin Potdar is a practicing Corporate Lawyer for over 20 years and currently a Sr. Partner at J. Sagar Associates, a prestigious law firm in India. He specializes in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investment in India and General Corporate Advisory work. Prior to joining J. Sagar Associates, Mr. Potdar was a partner with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. He is a member of Corporate & M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association (2008-09) and is also a member of Working Group of International Bar Association on Indian Merger Control Regulations (2008-09). Mr. Potdar is a frequent speaker at several conferences and seminars organized by various institutions and chambers on subjects like, Takeover Code, M&A, and structuring of joint ventures.
