Mr. Eduardo Ricardo Dos Santos Montanha (Non-Executive Chairman)

Mr. Eduardo Ricardo Dos Santos Montanha holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná, a postgraduate in Industrial Automation from FEI, an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He also attended the courses on:

a) Artificial Intelligence – Implications for Business Strategy;
b) International Relations: China, Russia, the US and the future of Geopolitics; and
c) Climate change and Business Sustainability, Risk and the Push for Net Zero.

Presently, Mr. Eduardo Montanha is the EVP – Head of Global Technical Operations and Quality and a member of Fresenius Kabi’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

He has an extensive experience of more than 25 years in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on production, process improvement, projects management, operations and supply chain management etc.

Mr. Maximilian Alexander Boehmer (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Maximilian Alexander Boehmer holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management General. He is currently holding the position of CFO, BU Pharma & Nutrition, Fresenius Kabi AG. Mr. Boehmer has extensive international experience of more than 2 decades.

Ms. Heike Susanne Van Dawen (Non-Executive Director)

Ms. Heike Susanne Van Dawen obtained her Commercial College Degree in 1988 from Saalburg-School, Usingen and a Degree in Business Economist (VWA) in 1998 from Hessian Academy for Administration and Economy, Frankfurt, and a General management Diploma in 2014 from St. Galler Business School, Switzerland.

Ms. Heike started her professional career in 1990 with Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH, Bad Homburg, Germany. She has more than three-decades association with the Fresenius Kabi in different roles and handled various responsibilities in different geographies. Currently, she is acting as Senior Vice President - Commercial Operations Pharma, Region Europe.

Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma (Managing Director)

Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma has over 39 years of experience in the manufacturing of Bulk Pharmaceutical Chemicals (APIs) & Biopharmaceuticals.

Mr. Sharma completed his B. Tech in Biochemical Engineering from H.B.T.I., Kanpur and M. Tech in Biotechnology from Jadavpur University, Calcutta. He has been associated with the Company since June, 2013 and was responsible for efficiently leading the Kalyani Plant operations. He has also been leading operations of the Baddi Plant since July 2017. He took over as Managing Director of the Company effective July, 2018.

He has worked in various positions with specialist pharmaceutical companies such as Arch Pharmalabs Limited, Vitalife Laboratories, Concord Biotech Limited and KDL Biotech Limited. His area of expertise spans across manufacturing excellence, operations improvement, planning and systems development and workflow planning.

Mr. Nikhil Kulshreshtha (Director & Secretary)

Mr. Nikhil Kulshreshtha is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has also attended management and leadership programs from national and international management institutions like IIM (Ahmedabad), NUS (Singapore).

Mr. Kulshreshtha has overall 34 years of professional experience. During this period, he has worked in different capacities with large Indian conglomerates like Bharti Airtel, HCL and DLF, handling secretarial, legal, commercial, accounts and administrative functions. In his professional career, he has acquired extensive hands on experience in handling Mergers & Acquisition, Legal Due Diligence, Integration, IPO's & ESOP formulation and Statutory Compliances etc.

He has been associated with the Company since July, 2007 and as part of the Board from 2015 onwards, responsible for the Legal, Compliances, Secretarial, Internal Audit and Administration functions of the Company.

Mr. Rahul Sharma (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Rahul Sharma is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com (Hons.)) from Kirorimal College, Delhi University.

He has more than 15 years of experience and worked in various multinational companies in India and overseas in Healthcare and FMCG sector like Baxter, McCormick, Danone and Zenises Group.

His work experience includes Financial Controlling, Financial planning & analysis, Business partnering, Treasury, Taxation, Controls & Compliances and ERP Implementations and has been leading various initiatives such as productivity, digital transformation, M&A, process improvements etc. during various roles in previous organizations.
